Next week’s NVIDIA GeForce Beyond event

Press Releases Reports

NVIDIA confirms its CES 2023 plans.

According to our information, the event will primarily highlight GeForce RTX 40 mobile graphics. This includes the RTX 4090, 4080, and 4070, as well as the mid-range series. Just today, a leak confirmed the RTX 4080 Laptop GPU specifications.

NVIDIA will also (re)introduce its desktop GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics card. This is the same card that was cancelled around 2 months ago as the RTX 4080 12GB. NVIDIA realised that having two cards with the same product name but vastly different performance levels was enough to delay and rename the GPU.

The mobile RTX 40 series is expected to launch in early January, just as laptop manufacturers begin to reveal their laptop designs. The desktop 4070 Ti model will be available on January 5th, just two days after the official announcement at the “GeForce Beyond” event.

The event has been rescheduled for January 3rd at 8 a.m. PST / 11 a.m. EST / 4 p.m. GMT. Gamers can tune in via official Twitch or YouTube accounts.
