TEAMGROUP has pioneered the first high-performance 6,400MHz spec per JEDEC definitions for consumers to enjoy upgraded performances with ease in the DDR5 generation to ensure compatibility with next-generation platforms.
TEAMGROUP has adopted the new CKD (client clock driver) components designed for DDR5 by Renesas Electronics Corporation, a global leader in controllers, to ensure a stable performance of 6,400MHz and above. One of the most critical functions of CKD is to strengthen, buffer, and continuously output high-frequency signals from the CPU to memory kits, effectively ensuring high frequencies while supporting reliable high-speed transmissions. Renesas is pleased to collaborate with TEAMGROUP on the industry’s first clock driver for client DIMMs. As a memory interface product leader, Renesas collaborated closely with key industry eco-system partners and standards organisations to define, develop, and market CKD.
