Fortunately for us, a Reddit user going by the hilarious handle “BottleneckEvader” opted to buy a card for 2675 USD, which is nearly the same price as MSI SUPRIM models in the nation. Such cards, however, would not fit in the user’s case (Fractal Torrent Nano). However, the user’s sharing of some intriguing benchmarks was more significant.

The card’s maximum power during tests is 450W, and it is capped at this value. Since this card is not intended to be overclocked or even used for gaming, there is no method to boost the TDP.
When using this card, BottleneckEvader must wear a noise-canceling headset due to the high fan RMP of 5200 (yeah, that’s a lot!). Memory reaches roughly 98°C while the GPU only reaches temperatures of around 78°C.

In 3DMark Time Spy, the GPU achieves 35908 stock points and 36956 overclocked points (higher clocks but the same TDP). According to dozens of unique RTX 4090 designs, this indicates that the card is actually performing within average (around 35978 points, according to 3DMark ranking), which is fairly impressive.
It’s also important to note that this might be one of the few RTX 4090 GPUs having a rear-mounted 16-pin power connector. This was EVGA’s concept for their RTX 4090 FTW3 card, which was tragically never made public.
